Questions, answered

How do I pay?
No online payment needed. Send your order, we confirm the details and total with you by email or phone, and you pay at pickup, at dropoff, or by invoice. Easy and personal.
How does pickup and local dropoff work?
When we confirm your order, we'll arrange a pickup or dropoff time and place that works for you. Ordering from farther away? We ship too — shipping cost is confirmed with you before anything is charged.
Can I choose exactly what candy goes in my bag?
That's the whole idea. The Monster Mix builder lets you tap every candy you want included. Pick one favorite or all of them — the price stays the same for your bag size.
What about allergies and ingredients?
Just ask. Add a note to your order or email us at SugarMonsters26@gmail.com and we're happy to go through ingredients with you before you order.
How far ahead should I order party bags or a buffet?
The earlier the better — especially for big events. Tell us your date in the order form and we'll confirm right away whether we can make it happen (we usually can).
